Does a child need a ticket?
Yes, every person who attends an event for which tickets are sold must have a valid ticket in order to gain admission.
How many people can sit at a table?
Tables are sold as a whole table and seat six.
What if I buy a ticket and cannot attend?
No refunds or exchanges will be offered in the event you are unable to attend an event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.
What if it rains?
All events at POPS are held rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges will be offered in the event of rain. While we prefer you bring a raincoat or poncho, small umbrellas are allowed at certain shows. We encourage guests to please dress accordingly.

Are there handicap accessible seats?
The GA & PIT areas at POPS are NOT wheelchair accessible. There are a few wheelchair and companion seats available at the top of the GA section in the Table area of the map.
What is allowed on the General Admission lawn?
Blankets and low profile chairs are allowed on the lawn. Chairs are not allowed to be brought in bags, please remove them before entering. Chairs can not have any umbrellas or extra tall objects attached. Chairs are subject to search and or removal at the sole discretion of the Tradition Entertainment staff. No tables are permitted.
What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed?
In the event that an event is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent via email posted on social media, and updated on TE's website. Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than the email you provided at time of purchase. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase only. Customers that purchased tickets through Freshtix online should be refunded automatically within a week of canceling the event. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new event date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.
When does the box office open?
The Box Office opens three hours prior to the gate time on the night of the performance and remains open until approximately 30 minutes after the headliner begins. In order to expedite the ticket purchasing process on the night of an event, the Box Office will only sell GA tickets.
Can I leave the show and then re-enter?
Re-entry is strictly prohibited. Guests who need to leave and re-enter should contact a Tradition Entertainment staff member for assistance and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis as determined by Tradition Entertainment Guest Services Manager or her designee.
